Nourishing Our Children

Come see Nourishing Our Children's visually stimulating and thought-provoking presentation and learn how your child can experience his or her birthright - radiant health and wholeness. You'll learn dietary principles to guide you during preconception and pregnancy, as well as how to nourish rather than merely feed your children. The presentation, "Timeless Principles for Supporting Learning, Behavior and Health Through Optimum Nutrition," covers the dietary foundational principles Dr. Weston A. Price discovered during his extensive travels, the dangers of modern processed foods and provides constructive advice for modern parents. Food tasting menu will be provided by Three Stone Hearth Community Supported Kitchen (CSK).

Julie Matthews is a presenter for the Nourishing Our Children campaign. They present to educational institutions, communities, and family groups. Contact Nourishing Our Children for more information, or to arrange a presentation for your group.
